Marta’s journey is truly inspiring—she began her career in finance but left to co-found Coffee Bird in the hope of connecting exceptional Guatemalan coffees with the world. The Ventura family has run Finca Rabanales for five generations, beginning with Don Gregorio Zamora, who first planted coffee there in 1894.
