This coffee opens with crimson florals and a dried red fruit character, with tropical acidity and sugarcane sweetness coming through on the finish.

This lot of SL14, SL28 and older regional landrace varieties was brought to us through Agri Evolve, an importer specialising in high-quality Ugandan coffees. Mahango was one of the first farming communities they began working with. Agri Evolve purchase red coffee cherries directly from smallholder farmers at their local buying centre. The parchment is then transported to the Naybirongo coffee station for processing.
