This is our second time featuring a natural Red Bourbon from Marcos Herrera. We’ve returned to this coffee because of the remarkable clarity he achieves—a difficult feat with the natural anaerobic process. Marcos inherited the farm from his father, who once managed the land on his own. Today, he works alongside his wife and son, continuing a family tradition of coffee farming.
