Fazenda Matão’s history stretches back to the 1960s, with its name, literally meaning “green thicket,” echoing the vibrant landscape of the farm and its surroundings. The team, led by Marco Antonio Guardabaxo and Marciano de Jesus, is committed to sustainability, with initiatives like soil preservation, bio-fuels, and efficient drip irrigation systems.
