Dreams takes its name from Coffee Bird’s long-term goal in Guatemala: making it normal for farmers to have real agency within the supply chain. This coffee is a blend built from four farms across the country, including a small portion of Gesha grown in Acatenango. Each lot has been selected with care, bringing together different regions and varieties to create a cohesive whole. This coffee reflects both the practical work and the wider ambition behind Coffee Bird’s sourcing in Guatemala.
