Cultivated at Finca La Florida, this washed Gesha combines rich florals with a silky texture and distinct fruitiness.

Located in Gigante, Huila, Finca La Florida is positioned in an area celebrated for its coffee and cocoa production. The farm, spanning 16 hectares and benefiting from the rich ecosystem along the Magdalena River and encased by Andean forests, is managed by Juan Cubillos. 

Alongside the celebrated Gesha, grown at 1,700 MASL, the farm grows Pink Bourbon and SL-28, showcasing a commitment to coffee variety and quality. The Alba Lucia Gesha, named after Juan’s wife, is processed to enhance its floral and fruity characteristics, a hallmark of the Gesha variety.

Juan Cubillos has embraced the increasing trend of planting Gesha coffees in Colombia. Leveraging high altitudes, excellent soil quality, and skilled processing techniques, he has succeeded in bringing out the incredible cup profile that Gesha is renowned for.
