Famous for incredibly high quality specialty lots, it has a high concentration of producers in the area with El Eden itself situated amongst the Cordillera Central, one of the three Andes ranges that travel the country from north to south.
A Castillo and Caturra lot, the harvested cherries are collated at the dry-mill facility managed by Hernan Israel Ondo Usman, before entering profiling for swiss-water decaffeination processing.
