This coffee is brought to us by Cafe Imports, whose sourcing programme in Costa Rica is centred around Oxcart Coffee, their local import-export operation. Oxcart aims to work with the same micromills year after year, building lasting relationships. Beyond its commercial role, Oxcart also acts as a resource for the local coffee community by promoting candid conversations about quality and production. They host open cuppings at their onsite roasting lab where they offer education and consultation.
