Ipanema Dried-On-Tree Natural
A unique Brazilian profile showcasing syrupy fruit sweetness, medium acidity and herbaceous aromatics.
This Yellow Bourbon undergoes a relatively uncommon dried-on-tree process, where the cherries are left on the branch beyond typical ripeness. As a result, they darken and take on a raisin-like appearance. This coffee was grown on Fazenda Rio Verde, a farm where coffee was first planted in 1887. In 2014, they launched the “Premier Cru” project, aimed at refining quality across their production. The results have been recognised internationally, including a place in the 2018 Cup of Excellence.
