Abadatezuka Washed
A great example of Rwandan coffee showcasing notes of pink fruits, stewed fruit acidity, and a moreish finish.
This is the third coffee we’ve featured from the Abadatezuka Cooperative this year, we continue to be impressed with the quality they’re bringing to the table. This Bourbon was sourced as a microlot, something still relatively rare in Rwanda, where coffees have traditionally been processed in large mills with limited traceability. Microlots allow for greater precision, enabling us to trace the coffee back to specific cooperatives and washing stations, and are selected based on cup quality.
