Grown in the Tarrazu province, this microlot from farmer Roger Urena fully delivers the clarity and nuance we’ve come to expect from Costa Rica’s painstaking Honey-Process. The lot itself is a White Honey of the Mejorado variety - a native variety locally dubbed 'quiet geisha'.

Santa Teresa is a remarkable coffee with intense white wine acidity throughout. Expect the delicate sweetness of peach and lychee with blood orange rounding out this incredible cup.
