The Paraiso smallholders initiative was started by Fredy Morales and his family after their farm Finca Rosma began production. In uniting as a small group of farms in Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region, the Paraiso smallholders were quickly able to share processing knowledge and support each other with new plants and fertilisers.
Washed Caturra, Catuai and Bourbon varieties are cupped daily to ensure that only the finest coffee is presented for each lot.
