Marlin Zuniga has grown coffee on his family farm in the Cauca department of Colombia for six years — with a recent focus on growing high-scoring lots. The coffee is pulped soon after picking and undergoes a 15hr fermentation before washing, giving the coffee a pleasing fruit acidity.
The cup begins with notes of orange, with sweet cherry balanced by a fudge finish.
