Using a hybrid processing technique to optimise the abundant fruit characteristics of the variety, whilst still achieving the complexity
and clarity of a washed coffee, the Sidra cherries are fermented over 48hours, before being washed, pulped and finally dried on solar beds for 28 days.
It is a passion-driven, time consuming process, but
the results in the cup are singular. Notes of lemongrass and purple grape begin leading to a long, white chocolate finish.
We roast wholesale coffee from Wednesday to Friday every week. Place your order at any time and we’ll assign it the next available slot in our roasting schedule.
We do not charge postage for deliveries to the UK or Ireland on orders over £200. UK or Ireland orders under £200 postage is charged at £5. International postage is calculated at the checkout.
