Finca Las Galeras sits high on the slopes of Colombia’s most active volcano, from which it takes its name. The extreme altitude of cultivation allows for a much slower development within the coffee bean, giving Las Galeras its rich, purple fruit characteristics. 

Expect deep plum notes from this capsule, with a delicious backbone of caramel and pecan.

Rugali of the famed Nyamasheke region is one of only two washing stations with permission to produce naturally processed coffees in Rwanda. The Rugali station has harnessed its near-perfect elevation, strict hand-sorting techniques and vast drying beds to deliver this truly world-class natural Red Bourbon. 

This is a winey and moreish capsule, with stewed rhubarb and ginger to begin, moving towards a satisfying cocoa finish.
