These wet highland conditions have meant a new approach to crop maintenance was needed, with Nichol, the farm’s owner, having to expertly adjust his planting system and implement farm-wide drainage systems to suit the high rainfall of Papua New Guinea.
The Arusha, Bourbon, Mundo Novo and Typica varieties of this washed lot provide a sweet and rounded cup, with notes of blackberry, orange and honey.
