Cesar was born into a traditional coffee-farming family. Around twenty years ago, his parents purchased Finca La Esmeralda, which remains a family operation today, run by Cesar alongside his wife Maria and their son Kevin. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor many years his family had produced commercial-grade coffee, which made Cesar’s transition into specialty production a challenging one.
